Tele Pizza in Hoyerswerda

3 pizzas 🍕 were burnt by the time they were delivered and then one order was completely forgotten

Fresh goods, delivered on time and hot, nice supplier .. gladly again

We have been waiting for 2 hours now and the pizza is still not there.

Otherwise very satisfied, but unfortunately we couldn't give the nuggets for our child when they were dry. Please take care

ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN!!! The pizzas were ice cold. And I mean really cold. For the price you can expect warm food. There are definitely better ones in and around Hoyerswerda.

The second time that a pizza is forgotten ... The last time there was also the fact that ingredients were forgotten. Sorry, but the staff there is overwhelmed.

Waited over two hours and got cold food! If you are told that the meal will take place in 1 1/2 hours, the customer shouldn't have to assume that it will take longer (but was told that on the phone). Unfortunately that wasn't the first time! So you try hard to lose customers, in which case you made it!

It used to be better. With several, staggered orders, the food was cold, limp and sometimes ingredients were even swapped. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. Especially if there are allergies. Ordered once: delivery time was approx. 2 hours. I don't order a pizza to warm it up in the oven myself. When picking up, the pick-up discount has not been deducted several times and the pizza even came cold from the store. You are losing customers! What happened?!

Ordered pizza and NEVER received it. And the money? Don't get it again! More than dubious and a great cheek!

Once and not again! Food was not delivered and the reimbursement of the invoice via PayPal that was promised by telephone did not take place!

Have ordered from them via Lieferando. The time described (65min) is not mentioned, we waited about 1 1 / 2h. We were fobbed off over the phone with the slogan "the time doesn't always work as Lieferando says". When the food arrived the food was already cold and the mood down.

Eating the wrong thing again and cold too. Food didn't look appetizing either. Unfortunately lost us as a customer

1 star is already too much! Ordered at 7:30 p.m. for just under € 50, only delivered after 2 hours! Conclusion: eat cold, and the "nice" supplier tells me with a cheeky grin that he forgot my drink ...... Sorry, but never again! 😒

I saw on the internet that Tele Pizza is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Today I spontaneously felt like having a pizza but when we got there we noticed that you can only order by phone. We have now sat down on the bench in front of it and tried to call for half an hour to order something. But unfortunately without success. I'm going to look elsewhere to eat now. 👏 Ps: maybe you should check your opening times or your employees again.

Ordered food for 8:10 p.m., arrived half an hour early and we weren't home, so we ordered for 8:10 p.m. The penne pollonaci were cold, the extra cheese we ordered wasn't on it. And the cream sauce was cold too. Citizen and pizza was just as cold. We were very disappointed. We won't order any more that quickly.

Very unfriendly when ordering and were insulted on the phone: "That we should shut up otherwise we will get on our mouths" So to have to listen to something so cheeky as a customer is just a cheek. Otherwise the food tastes great. Note: "5 1/2 hours delivery time" Lg to the employee and feel addressed. Order placed on 08/13/2020 at 7:06 pm.

Pizza is always delicious, but service has always been poor. You will be ignored forever, the dirty dishes from the previous guests stay at several tables for a long time and the table is only wiped at your own request ... better just order online, then you don't have to do this to yourself.

So as far as the food is concerned, I can not complain (I ate on the spot), but if half an hour after opening dirty table and leftovers on the floor (I assume from the previous day) then that makes a good impression.

Probably the worst food in town. Ordered a burger there and received a nasty thing with a dry bun, microwawavd patty and any else than fresh ingredients. No sides to the burger, not even fries... Won't go there again... Save your money and stay away!

We drank coffee here, tastes good. Good food offer, tickets for events can also be purchased here. Easily accessible. Parking lots available.
